Kristina has done a fantastic job turning this place into a modern, bougie boutique stay! Brand new deck, fire pit, BBQ/picnic area sets this place apart from other places we have stayed. Great location to downtown and a fantastic sourdough bakery right across the street makes this the perfect stay!

It is by far the best place to stay in Burlington and the surrounding area. The units are beautifully decorated and upscale. As someone who travels extensively, I can truly say the host is one of the best hosts I have worked with. I especially appreciated her professionalism and personable approach. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a luxury place to stay and look forward to staying here again myself.

Beautiful place...the owner definitely is top notch. Very responsive to our requests. The rental is perfectly equipped with anything you could need. The decor is beautiful as well. This is our new go to place when in the area! Reserve now, you won't be disappointed!

A maximum of two overnight guests are allowed in this unit. Any additional overnight guests must be conveyed to the host and will incur a charge of $50 per night. All guests need to be listed on the reservation. No pets allowed - A $1000.00 fee will be charged for any pets on the property. No smoking in the unit - A $800 fee will be charged for cleaning and smoke removal. Any removal of property or damage will result in a full material cost of replacement plus a $75 per hour maintenance fee.
